				Clean, comfortable secure bedrooms equipped with modern amenities. Beds, bedding and other bedroom furniture and appointments in good condition. Proper attention to hygiene in bathrooms and WCs.
		Bathrooms or shower rooms, whether public, private or en-suite are equipped to an acceptable standard, with hot water provided at all times. A cooked breakfast is provided in a breakfast room from 7 to 9 am Early morning call are provided on request. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided in rooms.
					Payphone is provided and our fax is made available is required Adequate heating and temperature controls in bedroom. Ironing & Hairdrying facilities available on request.
			All bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily and checked to ensure a very high standard of cleanliness. All beds are made daily. Overall we try our utmost to provide a practical accommodation, which is clean and soundly maintained.
